Harting Church, as it has for many hundreds of years, continues to play an important role in the village whether as a place of worship including witness to many marriages and funerals, a location for concerts and other village activities and as the iconic image of the village. FOHCEF seeks to maintain this for many more hundreds of years. So although currently supporting the FOHC campaign, the Trustees will continue to seek to raise awareness about the longer term aims of the FOHCEF and to encourage those, whether living locally or now far away, who have for whatever reason an affection for Harting’s very special church to become a donor or consider leaving a legacy.
